OUR FOCUS: Rigorous academic coursework which will prepare students for higher education, the workforce, and civic responsibilities. Students will be evaluated through exhibitions, portfolios, and traditional methods. Computer literacy will be stressed, and the computer will be used as a tool to aid in both research and assessment. Promote educational excellence and equity for students who are involved in both regular education (mainstream) and the bilingual program. Offering electives where students participate in job-shadowing, internships, debates, conferences, class trips, community group projects, mock court/trials, newsletters, town hall-style meetings, student government, and others. Use of motivational guest speakers from the public sector, DA office, law firms, and City Council to offer career guidance.
