Students ages 14+ can apply for working papers.

All supporting applications and documents must be emailed to mtoro7@schools.nyc.gov for proper processing.

Once all of the paperwork has been received, Ms. Toro will email a photo of the working paper to the student, and a time to pick up in room 146.

Please see below for what is required:

• Completed Part 1 only of the AT-17 Application for Employment Certificate.
  (PLEASE ENTER STUDENTS INFORMATION. MUST BE SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN)
• Virtual Learning & Media Consent Form
  (THIS IS GRANTING THE SCHOOLS PERMISSION TO REVIEW REQUIRED DOCUMENTS)
• 1 official document that shows proof of students age
  (EX.BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT, STATE ID)
• A current doctor's note stating that the student is “able and fit to work”
  (CANNOT BE A NOTE THAT EXCEEDS 1 YEAR SINCE LAST VISIT)
• A copy of the students and parent/guardian identification
  (EX. PASSPORT, STATE ID, OR OTHER GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID)
