Parent Teacher Conference

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences will take place remotely on Thursday, March 23rd from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm and on Friday, March 24th from 12:50 pm to 2:50 pp,  in alignment with guidance from the Department of Education. Please note: Friday, March 24th is a half day for all students. School will be dismissed at 10:32 am.

Parent Teacher Conferences are a great opportunity for families to connect with the school so we can work together to best support your child’s learning. This year parents/caregivers will have the opportunity to sign up for individual appointments with their child’s course teachers. Please make an appointment using the attached google form in order to meet with the teacher. Once you reserve an appointment, the teacher will email you to provide you with the PTC zoom link.   If you are unable to reserve an appointment time or would like to request more time, parents and caregivers can always reach out to individual teachers to set up a phone or video conference during teacher parent engagement time.
